Secondly you have to Download GTA Img tool:

First you have to Read this :Andreas
1.Open GTA img tool and then you have to go
into Android/data/Com.rockstar.gtasa/files/texdb/gta3.img.
now click on add file with replacement and add dff file of cars.
then rebuilt cache.
2.Now Your Next Step is to open Txd tool and go to Android/data/com.rockstar.gtasa/files/texdb/txd/txd.txt.
3.Then you have to add file with alpha then add all png images of folder with alpha.
After that do same with without alpha.
4.now your car is added.
